Salutations Soulkeeper,

It is finally upon us, the recruitment for GM's and Mods for the EN team of Echo of Soul Phoenix has finally started.

Our goal and focus? Serving and helping our community to grow and thrive! If you ever wanted to actively improve the experience of Phoenix then this is your chance!

The tasks of a team member include (but are not limited to):

• Preparation of guides and FAQs
• Testing game content to detect and solve bugs
• Enforcing game and forum rules
• Resolving player disputes
• Planning and organizing events
• Providing help and aid to those in need

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years (must be proven with ID)
• Willingness to invest at least 1-2 hours a day
• Fluent in English (speaking, typing and comprehension)
• Extensive knowledge of the game and it's rules
• A headset or speakers and a microphone to communicate over voice chats
• Enthusiasm for the game, the community and the tasks that await you

Bonus:

• Previous experience working in a similar field
• Fluency in another language other than English

Discussions and interviews will be done via voice chat! You will need to have a headset or speakers & a microphone.

All Game Masters, Moderators and Testers are expected to use voice chat on a regular, nearly daily, basis.

As a volunteer, GM/Moderator/Tester positions are at-will, and either side can choose to leave the agreement at any time. There is no minimum or maximum of applicants we will be taking now. It's all about quality.

Here at gamigo AG we only have two types of volunteer support staff:

Moderators and Game Masters

• A Moderator is focused primarily on the forum, discord and tasks outside the game, such as organizing the forum, helping and checking texts, as well as aiding with support and bug reports.
• A Game Master is primarily focused on the game itself. They are there to assist players, answer questions, as well as creating and hosting in game events!
• Both Moderator and Game Master can share responsibilities in some ways, but they each have their own focus. Some teams combine both roles into one to suit the team’s needs!

Game Masters and Moderators have separate accounts that are not used to play the game, but to provide support. Game Masters and Moderators do NOT have the ability to spawn items, currency, or anything of the sort. Unless specified for an event that has been allowed, the GMs are not allowed to interact with the game world in any other way than to provide support. Any violation of this may result in an immediate termination of the staff member.

Game Masters will never reveal their identity or the name of their personal account character, if they have one. Please do not ask them or try to pursue the matter. This barrier between their GM persona and personal persona is there for their own protection. Their safety is one of our primary concerns, and any hint at an attempt to expose their privacy and safety to harm and harass them will be met with a severe reaction from the staff members.
